Oops. I spent all of yesterday thinking it was Sunday because it was a bank holiday here therefore I completely forgot to post. Dad being home for most of the day really threw my perception of time, not even gonna lie.
This is gonna be short: I raised my carb intake this week, so that I was allowed 60g of carbs per day instead of 30g. That was clearly a mistake… but I didn’t expect it to be 2lbs’ worth of a mistake.
Oh well, that’s what they invented “tomorrow”s for. Re-lower my carb limit. Get back to losing weight again. Try to remember to post on the correct day next week.Let's get social:
