I’m going to take a number right in the middle there and say, “27st 4lbs“.
When I took my first picture for my Dailybooth, back on December 5th, just to get the ball rolling, the scales said, “28st 4lbs,” but that was also later at night, and I was fully clothed, and obviously, being the end of the day, I’d eaten most of my food for the day.
Today, when I stepped on the scale, I was in my underwear and my pyjama bottoms (and approximately 3lbs of makeup, but that’s neither here nor there) so I don’t think I’ve lost a stone since December 5th.
I still think that I’ve lost weight over Christmas, however, which is fantastic.
When I look back at my entry for January 1, 2010, I’m a little shocked at it, personally.
I was so hard on myself.
But, do you know something?
Maybe I needed to be.
Maybe I needed to sit myself down and say, “This can’t continue.”
Something obviously worked over the year – Weight Watchers and exercise, some combination of the two, obviously – and I started 2010 year weighing 418lbs.
And here I am:
Starting weight according to my own scales: 382lbs.
Let’s see what Stacey’s scales say when I get back to Weight Watchers in two weeks.
