So I’m thinking that last week was a weird blip on the radar. Not a complete blip, but I certainly don’t feel like I’ve lost 4.2lbs this week. If anything, I feel more in pain than usual.

(Ugh, my body is breaking down, piece by piece. I think it’s the cold. I’m never usually this bad in summer, when it’s warm. Is that normal?)

But anyway, I’m happy enough with that weigh-in. Even if I have NO idea what I did to get it, because there wasn’t much difference between this week and last week.

    It may seem kind of random, but at least it's a loss and not another random gain! It's always awesome to see the scale go where you want it to. I hope the pain eases up for you. It's been really cold here, too, so I think it probably is the cold because my pain's been worse again out of nowhere with this freezing weather. It'd make sense that it'd be the weather that's contributing to it.

    Like you, I've been losing weight, and getting fitter, but this month I had more pain than usual and have suffered with bloating and weight gain. In the end, I gave in and ate badly, too. I can't understand it, I thought things would be better if I got healthier, but they seem to be going in the opposite direction.

    Even so, this is a blip and I'll be back on track after tomorrow. Keep going. Our bodies are strange things that we don't always understand. Well done on the continued loss.
