Weigh-in #1: January 1 2014


So, up a wee bit from last week, which is annoying, because I wasn’t expecting that. My overall eating has been much improved over last year’s, but I suppose the new year did sort of greet me with, Happy New Year, Enjoy Your Period!

Anyway, it’s much improved from last year’s starting weight, and well-within reaching distance of that 200s goal I have in mind. Not even 200. Just… anywhere within the 200s.

I’ve much more to say, but mostly I just had a later night than I expected last night (bed at midnight instead of 10pm) and an earlier start than I expected, thanks to my first New Year with a hungry indoor cat.

I hope y’all had a wonderful new year, and I hope that 2014 brings you some wonderful things.
