OH MY GOD, DOWNWARD MOTION.
God knows why it happened this week, because I honestly didn’t do anything different to last week, except I exercised less because of the new exercise schedule.

We’ll see, after this coming week.
Could just be that my diet’s been better than I thought, even although I ate the same amount of calories this week – I’m pretty sure I was living on toast and butter for my breakfast the past couple of days, so god knows, really. God knows.
I’m glad to see the scale move beyond a point of a pound.
YAY! HARD WORK IS PAYING OFF AGAIN.
