I had some junk this week. Two packs of Super Mix Jellies, a bag of Doritos and a tub of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream.
I also bought a jar of hunny last week when I was shopping for my groceries. I meant for it to be an every-so-often treat, on a piece of good bread, or for in recipes.
I had honey sandwiches every day as a snack.
An entire 500g jar of honey, eaten in less than a week, on bread.
I counted the calories for the honey as 1,600~ for the jar, and I don’t know how many slices of bread I ate. I just did. I haven’t had honey in the longest time, and I just couldn’t stop myself, every time I was making food, from making honey sandwiches.
I really, really, need to get my brain in gear.
I’ve only got one bread product left in the house, so after tomorrow, I’ll need to do something other than “SANDWICH!” for lunch.
