To be honest, I was expecting a bigger weight loss, considering I’ve done exactly the same this week as last week, but when I woke up, I had cramps.
Do we all know what that means?
That means that, despite being on the Pill that’s supposed to stop me getting my period, I still, occasionally, get my period. And my cramps right now are saying this one’s gonna be a doozy.
I feckin’ hate my body.
That having been said, we should also know that usually, on weeks when I have my period, that I gain weight. So this is a bit of a triumph, like those Christmas and Birthday weeks when I didn’t gain anything for the first time.
I did check out my body fat percentage, though, and it’s also dropped. It’s now sitting at 46% even, down 0.4%. I know that those scales pretty much only estimate the body fat percent that’s in your legs – I think I read that the tiny electric current goes up one leg and back down the other and that’s where it gets its reading from – so it might not be accurate for the rest of my body.
But that said, it’s still going down!
The numbers are going down!
And I can’t be sad about that.
I have the SAME problem with my period. I know that I gain weight but it still affects me psychologically. I hate seeing the numbers go up!
I love your postive attitude.
