Weekly Weigh-In #11: March 29, 2011

Er, apparently I wrote up a whole entry last week in which I bitched and complained a lot about my weigh-in, and, uh.

Forgot to post it.

Admittedly, last week was my birthday, so I was probably preoccupied with something else.

Like cake.

Lots of cake.

So, here’s my weigh-in from last week:

You can probably understand why I was so pissed off. I stuck to the plan, ate my Daily Allowance and my Weekly Allowance, I earned 52 ProPoints of Exercise ProPoints, and I gained 4lbs?

Yeah, I was pissed off.

So I came home, on my birthday, and between Tuesday and Wednesday, I ate half of my birthday cake.

Yes, half of it.

It was delicious. I don’t regret a single slice of it.

On Thursday, I got a migraine. My migraine still hasn’t gone away. I have been in such a foul mood since last week, I gave up Tracking, tried to gauge how much I was eating simply by thinking about how much I would usually eat, and just…

Well, to put it politely, I winged it.

I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best.

I stepped on my own scales today after getting home from Zumba and walking through the town, and this is what my scales said:

376lbs – 26st 12.25lbs

But then I had to eat lunch (6″ chicken bacon ranch Subway sandwich and a half litre of water) and that obviously weighed enough to make a difference.

So when I weighed in at Weight Watchers tonight, this is what it said:

233lbs (105.69kg) to go

Not entirely sure how I managed to do that, except for the whole not-eating-junk and not-eating-my-weekly-allowance thing.

But yeah, I can’t really complain. After eating half of my birthday cake, I’m pretty glad I lost anything. I think it’s pretty much tradition by this point that I gain weight on my birthday weeks, so I’m happy to break that tradition.
