I honestly think this is a blip on the scale. I’ve reviewed my food diary for this week, and I can’t see anything that would constitute a three pound weight gain.
A three pound weight loss, yeah.
I haven’t had any sweets or biscuits or anything since Tuesday, when I had a Snickers Bar and a bag of Jelly Babies. Since then, I haven’t had the money, so I haven’t eaten any.
I made a pan of fudge during the week, but it didn’t turn out right, so I didn’t eat any.
I’m just flummoxed.
