First off: I apologise to everyone visiting the site today/in the next few days. I’ve been tweaking things, and the layout has just not been playing nicely AT ALL.
Hopefully I’ll have a nice, fully-functional layout before the weekend’s over. I’m still working on it.

(I’m not being entirely strict on it, but it’s difficult, living in Scotland and trying to find some of the things you need. Which is really strange, considering how much farmland there is here.)

Now, as I’ve said, I would absolutely recommend The Zero Scale to all and sundry. Not seeing my weight on the scale is a huge factor in how well I feel I’m doing this week. Seeing “-11lbs” has really spurred me on, knowing that I’ve done that well.
One thing I would say, however: try not to use it on a carpeted floor! It’s not keen on carpeted floors. 🙂 Solid wood, tiled, whatever. It doesn’t like carpets. It takes a good couple of attempts to weigh yourself on carpets, but it WILL, eventually. It’s my only nitpick.

I took photos on Monday. I’m going to take photos EVERY Monday, to kind of… track progress. Unfortunately, they were taken after I got home from the gym, because I looked more presentable then, as opposed to Monday MORNING, when I looked an absolute wreck.

I think I look bigger than I did at 349lbs, but I was also CLOTHED in my 349lbs progress photos.
I think I’m gonna do ALL of my progress photos like this from now on, as much as I dislike doing them like this. It’s the only way to truly see how different I look.
