Seriously, when I stepped on my scale this morning and saw MINUS ELEVEN, I had to actually go and weigh myself on my other scale, just to double-check.

It was correct.

I know I’m not supposed to know my weight during this challenge, but I honestly couldn’t believe it.

Eleven pounds in one week?

That’s BIGGEST LOSER-style weight-loss. I’ve never lost that amount of weight in a week before. Closest I’ve ever got was 8lbs, one week at Weight Watchers.

But I did it this week.
