Well, I have to say that I really enjoyed my week on The Exante Diet – with the expanded food range, there’s definitely a lot more to eat, and it’s really, really nice, to have a greater choice than shakes and soups!
But I suppose, what y’all really want to know is, how did I get on, weight and measurement wise, right?
Don’t worry, I’ve got you covered!

Now, that’s not to say I couldn’t have done better. I’ve done better on Exante in the past, of course, but I didn’t stick solely to Exante products this week. I ate fruit in between my meals, and in the first two days, I ate a bar of tablet (Scottish fudge-like sweet that everyone should eat at least once in their life, unless they’re diabetic in which case it’s MOSTLY SUGAR SO IS LIABLE TO KILL THEM…) and a flapjack that’s in Aldi’s “healthy eating” aisle (ahahahahahahahaha yeah right) because I went out shopping with the parents when I was hungry.
I wasn’t as rigid with myself as I should-have-could-have been.
That’s not to say I didn’t plan…
There was also the day after I finished my week, when I reviewed (finally) The Exante Diet Vanilla Cupcakes.
The Exante Diet Review: The Exante Diet Vanilla Cupcakes
Which, btw, are LOVELY – although I still haven’t tried the strawberry-flavoured topping! 🙁 – and very springy and cake-like and are definitely a five-star product in my book. Just make sure that you have cake cases big enough to make two cakes for each packet.
The Exante Diet Vanilla Cupcakes get a ★★★★★/★★★★★ – lovely, vanilla-y, springy cake texture! An absolute delight to eat.
The Exante Diet Review: THE FORGOTTEN PRODUCT: Honeycomb Flavour Shake
And then I found a Honeycomb Flavour Shake hiding away in my kitchen, and just about died of deliciousness, because it was thick and creamy and amazing, and, as I say in the video: LUXURIOUS. It tastes wonderful without being overbearingly sweet, which is a drawback of many, many honey-flavoured things.
Definitely ★★★★★/★★★★★ for the Honeycomb Flavour Shake – because it’s not too sweet.
