Last week, I was offered the chance to trial a week’s worth of Exante Diet [afilliate link!] products, and I know that The Exante Diet have really expanded their product line since the first time I did a week-long review of Exante Diet products.
So, for this entire week, I was doing a weekly vlog and then I had planned to do one big review (I’m writing this on Thursday, 24 September), but have decided to split the reviews up and post them on their respective days, with one collated review at the end.

Products eaten today were as follows:
Orange & Pineapple Shake
The Exante Diet Orange & Pineapple Shake was already reviewed on Day Four, but here’s a copy & paste:
It’s seeming to be a trend, with the shakes, that all I’m saying is, “They’re not sweet enough for the flavour they’re trying to be!” which is really, deafeningly, disappointing.
The chewy sweet I’m trying to remember in the video, in case anyone’s interested, is Fruit Salad flavour Chewits, by the way. 🙂 I literally went through about 25 different retro sweet online stores before I found them, pointed at the screen and went, “THAT’S THEM!”
But the shake itself still isn’t quite sweet enough to carry the flavour. >:( Sadface. Consistency’s lovely, again. Just lacking that little bit of sweetness to really bring out the flavour and make it really, REALLY great.
★★★★☆/★★★★★ for the Orange & Pineapple Shake alas.
I had the same “problem” with the Gooey Salted Caramel Pudding as I had with the Gooey Summer Pudding: it wasn’t exactly gooey in the centre. What it was, was lovely and warm and cake-like, and I’m really into this whole salted caramel fad that’s going on right now, so this flavour’s right up my alley, to be honest.
It’s not overpowering, which is nice. And it’s that kind of caramel flavour where you can tell the difference between caramel and toffee (which is weird to say because I usually can’t!), and, I say again: I will never say no to eating cake for lunch.
Sweet & Sour Noodles
The Exante Diet Sweet & Sour Noodles were already reviewed on day two, but here’s a copy & paste:
Love at first bite. It’s thick and tasty and the soy pieces are meaty, and the noodles are thick, and the sauce is thick and very saucy, and I just.
Gimme more. Gimme all the Sweet & Sour Noodles.
It’s not too sweet and not too sour. Somewhere perfectly in the middle. I have absolutely no complaints about this meal whatsoever. None.
