I got nothin’ this week. I didn’t binge. I didn’t overeat at any point.
Yes, I’m still doing some pretty massive walks. Maybe this is my body making up for last week still. Whatever the case, I didn’t lose anything, but nor did I gain anything.
I’m just gonna keep doing what I’m doing this week: following the plan (eep, I have no X Days left for this month now!), eat my fruit, do my exercise. Remember to take my drops on time and don’t take them last thing at night…
Hopefully I’ll see a much better result on the scale next week.
(And I’ll do Friend Makin’ Monday tomorrow. Forgot to do it yesterday because I was writing up the post about feeling at home in the Udston Woods.
Anyway! Onwards and downwards, y’all! I can’t believe it’s almost the end of August already.
