It’s hardly worth saying that you’ve lost weight when it’s tiny little amounts like this, but like I said last week, I’m not gaining weight, so it’s all good.
I even know why the number’s not a bigger loss: while my calorie count’s mostly been on or below my target, my saturated fat count’s been wonky. Some days it’s fine, some days it’s way over target.
It’s something I really need to pay attention to. I need to do what I said, and start the whole Asian diet thing. I just ordered Nori and sushi rice using my Amazon vouchers: 2kg of rice and 100 nori sheets and shipping = almost £20. :| Oh well, at least I didn’t actually pay for it? I wouldn’t be able to buy things like that – and birthday presents and Christmas presents – if I wasn’t a member of things like Swagbucks and ShopandScan and Valued Opinions.
But we’ll see how that goes. I know, at least, it’s good and filling food when I’m eating like that.
It probably won’t arrive until after next weigh-in, but I’ll keep my fingers crossed for it arriving sooner than that.
