This is apparently the first post I made about my actual goal?! Shockingly bad form. I have two more posts, but they’re from 2011.
Just one girl with a lot to lose... and everything to gain.
Tracy is 30 years old, a veteran dieter with almost 300lbs to lose, is taking an extended break from most of her group fitness classes due to pain and lack of funds, much to her chagrin, but continues to go for a wee daily walk, and tries to work out at home.
She loves caramelised butternut squash, garlic and red onions, Indian take away, Irn Bru and Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia.
And that's half the problem.

If I had anything to do with you having a bad time last year I offer my most sincere and heartfelt apologies. I can't help being honest and need to learn that sometimes, honesty is cruelty. I am so, so sorry if I upset you and wish you nothing but the best in 2013 and beyond.
