In Which Fatso Gets Ready For The End Of The World
Tuesday was our last Zumba class of the year. I wore deely boppers that had Christmas Trees on them, that I borrowed from my big sister specifically for that class.
What this means is that I have a month, or a month and a week, depending on whether the universe is kind to me in 2013, before my first Zumba class of 2013.
In the meantime, I’ve uploaded my Carmen Electra’s Aerobic Striptease: Volume 1 to my hard drive, and I’ve got a copy of Lorna’s Just My Size Yoga (along with my copy of Megan’s Mega Yoga
book), and I plan to do them each once a week, and will hopefully keep that up even after Zumba’s started back.
Of course, the world might end in 8 days’ time, and I won’t have to worry about any of it.
But I hope it doesn’t. Because I want to keep working at this, and get through it. I want to try to get fitter and healthier.
I want this back pain to go away.
I want to get healthy so that I can inspire others to get healthy.
I can’t wait until 2013 so that I can start this new Open University course and start learning what’s consumed my life these past two years.
I can’t wait to suck up some more endorphins and get a little high.
Just so long as something stupid like life-ending asteroids or something doesn’t ruin all of that, it’s all good.
