Just before Christmas, I was the lucky winner of a pair of We Love Colors tights on Twitter, and they arrived just before New Year. I wore them in my New Year OoTD, but the picture doesn’t really do them justice, so I thought I’d do another post to show just how good the colour is.

I got the Plus Size Solid Color Tights, Purple, size EE, which are only supposed to fit up to 375lbs, but I figured, I’m not THAT much bigger, and I’ve seen people on Twitter and other blogs talking about how they’ve got really good give in them, and people up to and over 6ft were able to wear them easily, so I figured I’d try them on anyway.

They fit beautifully.

And they’ll probably continue to fit as I go down pounds and at least a size or two. There’s good stretch in them, and there really is plenty of space left.

They’re really thick, too – I can’t remember if it gave a ‘denier’ or not, and I’m never sure what that means, anyway – and you can hardly see through them until you get to the tops of my thighs, and I have pretty big thighs, even for someone of my size.

I’m so thrilled with these I can’t even put it into words. I was saving up for a few pairs, and this is a good start. Thanks, We Love Colours, for the first pair of tights that has fit me since High School.
