Considering the fact that I started swimming three times a week, these numbers are… uh.
Disappointing isn’t the word.
Confusing?
3 inches off my waist, but my arms haven’t changed? Nothing off my thighs? I’m not expecting miracles here, but a sign that I’m not only swimming for three hours a week – when I was swimming for 45 minutes a week before – and walking for about 4 or 5 hours a week as well, depending on what I do before/after swimming, you’d think I’d see some greater improvement than this, even in the first month.
*sigh*
Oh well, this is why you don’t give up after not seeing results, right? Because they don’t come in the first month; it’s a process.
But it’s still bloody annoying.
When you loose weight you don’t loose it evenly across your body so you might see a difference in one area more than others.
