This entry was written in March and backdated because my computer was being repaired at the time of this Weight Watchers weigh-in.
I’d seen a supplement online that I wanted to try out and potentially review, but, uh. This was my first week taking it, and it didn’t go well.
It was supposed to help with your thyroid function and boost your metabolism. I’ve no idea what it did to me. I WAS SWIMMING FOUR HOURS A WEEK. *SWIMMING*. As well as walking however many miles before and after my swim. I didn’t go over my Weight Watchers SmartPoints.
