First week back at Weight Watchers after the Christmas Holidays, and I’m absolutely thrilled to say that I’ve lost 3lbs, despite demolishing at least 1/3 of my Mum’s rich fruit cake by myself. But it must have worked, catching the fact that I wasn’t tracking my food after that last meeting at Christmas, because I can’t imagine how it would have gone, if I’d gone on not tracking.
Anyway, I mentioned the other day on Facebook that I was going to talk about New Year’s Resolutions. I’m not making Resolutions any more, because I always find that, when I do, I break them.
So here’s a vlog where I’m talking about what I’m doing to make changes, instead.
Congratulations on such a fantastic result. I wish I could say the same about myself but unfortunately I put on a couple of kilos over the Christmas / New Year period. I ate things I didn’t particularly want to eat but once I started I couldn’t stop. You’d think that after all these years I’d learn but no….
I’ve started back this week on WW SP and after only a couple of days I’m feeling much better, I just hope I get a good loss this week.
