I’m getting terrible at actually remembering to post these on the 1st of the month, aren’t I?

My stats are still the same from the end of the week of the Exante Diet review, but I’ve included the pluses/minuses from last month’s measurements, just to keep things looking smooth.

Hopefully by this time next month, I’ll see an actual improvement, since I’ve started going to the gym again.
